- Developing operational plans and formulating mid-to-long-term development plans for fund projects.
- Conducting demand surveys and related activities for fund projects.
- Establishing and enhancing relevant rules and regulations.
- Engaging in external cooperation and managing fund project evaluations.
- Exclusively managing fund projects, including agreements, budget execution, on-site inspection, settlement of accounts, and refunding.
- Operation and management of the Project Management System (PMS).
- Evaluating fund projects through progress inspection and final evaluation, as well as conducting on-site inspection of entrusted projects.
- Analyzing and managing the performance of fund projects, and publishing the fund project newsletter (ICT HOT Clips).
- Supports national fund policies to facilitate government operations (Ministry of Science and ICT, Korea Communications Commission) and promote the 4th Industrial Revolution.
- Manages ICT funds by allocating project budgets through an analysis of income and expenditure from various sources, including frequency allocation fees, broadcasting station contributions, and miscellaneous interest incomes.
